A creative ecosystem operating at the intersection of
design, media, experiential production, and systems innovation.
Not an Agency. An Empire.
What We Are
The name Interior Bond was born in 2006 — sketched in a boarding school notebook in Ghana. The idea was always the same: a company that builds companies.
Nearly two decades later, that idea is operational. Interior Bond is a creative ecosystem and holding company — building, developing, and activating brands, media, experiences, and platforms across industries and continents.
The philosophy hasn't changed: creativity is not just expression. It is execution, systems, and cultural movement.
The Portfolio
Five operating ventures across production, media, technology, weddings, and community — each built to lead its category.
Oakland's premier large-format print and fabrication studio. From Chase Center to Marriott Hotels — concept to installation.
A culture-led experiential studio designing cultural experiences and turning them into media systems. 4 original shows. 106K+ views.
A work hours tracking platform built for union environments — handling pay grades, CBA rules, overtime, and contract compliance.
A community support platform that celebrates and pours back into the people who help meaningful things grow. Not charity. A system built for givers.
Ghana's wedding planning platform — multi-event coordination, verified vendors, guest management, and digital gift funds for couples across Ghana and the diaspora.
The Architect
Founder & Creative Director — Interior Bond
Ishmael Agyapong built Interior Bond from a boarding school sketch into a multi-venture creative ecosystem spanning two continents.
His work lives at the intersection of design, fabrication, media, and systems — not as separate disciplines but as one continuous practice. He has spent over a decade executing at the highest level: brand environments at Chase Center, Marriott, and Super Bowl activations. Platforms in production. Shows in Accra.
The empire isn't a metaphor. It's the plan.
Most people wait for permission to build. The ones who change things never asked for it. They just started — and kept going until the world caught up.
