Not an
Agency.
An Empire.

The name Interior Bond was born in 2006 — in a boarding school in Ghana, where a teenager sketched the outline of what he called an empire. It started as a clothing brand. But the idea was always bigger: a company that builds companies. A home for every vision, every dream, every founder who needed a partner to help them build something real.

Nearly two decades later, that idea is operational. Interior Bond is a creative ecosystem and holding company — building, developing, and activating brands, media, and experiences across industries and continents.

The philosophy has never changed: creativity is not just expression. It is execution, impact, and cultural movement. The time to build has never been better than right now.

Founder & Creative Director — Interior Bond

Ishmael Agyapong — known as General Ishmael — is a creative director, experiential production specialist, and venture builder. He has spent over a decade delivering large-scale brand environments for the world's most demanding stages — RSAC, Dreamforce, Microsoft, Apple, and Super Bowl activations.

Beyond production, he has worked alongside startups and founders — helping them launch, shape their identity, and raise capital. He understands what it takes to build from zero: the creative decisions, the operational pressure, and the moment when an idea becomes a real business.

Interior Bond is his life's work — the empire he sketched in a boarding school notebook in 2006, now being built one venture at a time.

"Most people wait for permission to build. The ones who change things never asked for it. They just started — and kept going until the world caught up."
